(Please note that since this is a fan-made template [and is therefore located in the Blank Memes folder], all NPC apps should be posted in the Memes folder. I do click through all of the submissions that use it, and I'm pretty sure that the admins hate repeating themselves.)

Made due to not-so-popular-but-probably-just-unspoken demand! This NPC app covers most of the stuff mentioned in the drawn version, so if you need help on how to fill this out, look here and there, and then come back to me. You're free to use it as you wish, but if you do use it I'd like it if you place a redirect link back to here so that others can find and use this. This app is for 'general citizen' NPCs ONLY; if you want to talk about making an additional category, go here and voice your opinion. I have a few more planned. I'll link them below once I have them all written out!
